BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A credit card will be required on file when booking appointments. Deposits are required for all new clients.

Your appointments are very important to us and is reserved especially for you, though we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.

Therefore, all clients are required to notify cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment to avoid cancellation charges.

The following cancellation charges will be strictly enforced:

Less than 48 hours of appointment: 50%

Same Day Cancellation: 100% of Service

No Show/No Call: 100% of Service and will not be rebooked

Please do not cancel via our confirmation texts. This system only confirms your appointment and does not cancel your appointment.

LATE POLICY

We will try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. Clients will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace period. After that time you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep with the time allotted for you. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we have to reschedule your appointment which result in a cancellation fee.
